For withdrawals, processing time depends on the member's VIP tier: Bronze (24 hours), Silver (12 hours), Gold (6 hours), Platinum (2 hours), Diamond (under 30 minutes). The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. lfc8 does not charge any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.
All deposits must come from a payment method registered in the same member's name. lfc8 does not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawals will likewise be sent to the same payment method or an account verified by the member — not to any third-party account.
Important Note: Bonus balances that have not yet met rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn. Any attempt to withdraw a balance containing an active bonus before the rollover is fulfilled will result in that bonus being forfeited.
